It seems to me that Yoga has always been part of my life. There have been moments of great intensity and others more spacious, but in a form or another Yoga, including yogsana and meditation, has been a lifetime companion. It helped me stand upright in crippling situations and empowered me to claim my center. Through yoga my body became a teacher and my breath a guide and through them I travelled farther than any plane could have taken me. I am forever grateful for this life for it has given me the opportunity to practice and to love.

I sincerely hope that yoga will bring you as much happiness and equanimity as it has brought me and as you’ll twist your body left and right and as you’ll move upside down I hope your practice will allow you to challenge not only your physical boundaries but more importantly your inner ones.

Bowing deeply.
